Coventry Runner

Our local specialist running shop and a great partner from our first event. Coventry Runner support our volunteers with money off vouchers and are key in helping get brands for our try on events. Anne-Marie can often be found at our events either running herself or with her pop-up shop. If you need running advice, kit or shoes make sure you get yourself to Coventry Runner!

Rugby Real Bread

If you’ve finished one of our events you’ve tasted the master craftsmanship that is the Rugby Real Bread flapjack. Paul and Fay don’t just make amazing sweat treats, but as the name suggests, the best real bread. If you live in Rugby sign up to the mailing list for their new delivery service. If you don’t live in Rugby maybe you should consider it? The flapjack is that good…!!

Gato Sports

Headline sponsor of our 10K head torch series and 10K summer series. Luckily they were looking to get involved with Big Bear and they make great quality kit at reasonable prices, a perfect fit! Their main product lines are for safe night running, great for the head torch 10K, but they also do some great hydration accessories and recycled plastic tech tees. You can buy Gato Sports products from Coventry Runner,

Napton Cidery

An awesome craft cidery who supply us with our finish line cider and apple juice. Napton Cidery are a relatively new craft cidery going from strength to strength. We’ve loved to see them grow to now have a fully functioning bar and shop with space for entertaining. They’ve hosted a Trails, Tales and Ales for us and we’re hoping to hold many more Big Bear Events events there in the future!

Church Farm Brewery

These guys are behind possibly the nicest finishing line beer you can get. We use their pils larger for our Big Bear Beer but you’d do well to try all of their varieties! Based just outside Warwick means another one of our partners is Warwickshire based. We’re hoping to use their brewery for some events in the future too, grab a beer and watch this space!

Trees Not Tees

We’re really pleased to partner with these guys. All of our events are trail and the majority in the woodlands and forests of the Midlands. Everyone who enters our events has an affinity for nature and hopefully can see the destruction we are all causing. Trees not Tees partner with race companies to offer the chance to have a tree planted instead of getting a finish line T shirt. We might not do finish line T’s (they’re normally rubbish and expensive, as well as damaging to the environment) but we are giving people the option to forgo their finish line bundle and have a tree planted instead. It’s not for everyone and we have other options but a great initiative that we hope will become the norm at all events.
