As our organisation grows and interacts with more competitors, volunteers and third parties the requirement for some basic policies arrives. Below you will find our safeguarding policy and equality, diversity and inclusion polices. Those of you who have been to one of our events or seen how we work will hopefully know that one of our core values is to put on supportive, safe events for everyone to take part in. It’s what makes our events special and is the key driver to any success we have. It is always good to have this written down however. If there is ever a time you feel we have not met the highest standards in terms of equality, diversity, inclusion or in terms of safeguarding inform me (Paul) immediately.
